Travers Smith LLP has advised Inflexion and its portfolio company Noventis Safety on the refinancing of Noventis Safety's financing arrangements. The refinancing was supported by Ares Management and HSBC UK.
Noventis Safety is an international company specialising in innovative test and measurement technologies for fire protection and other industries. Headquartered outside London, Noventis Safety maintains a network of manufacturing and distribution facilities both in the UK and across the United States.
