Aimee is an associate in our Tax Department.

Tax experience

Aimee advises on a broad range of tax matters including public and private M&A (acting for corporates, institutional investors and management teams), domestic and international tax advisory work, the taxation of asset managers and funds, debt and equity restructurings and reorganisations, and real estate matters.

Aimee often writes on tax matters, including an opinion piece for City AM on the role of tax in funding the COVID-19 recovery and technical articles for publications such as the BVCA technical bulletin. She also co-authored Scarlett's Clause for the Chancery Lane Project, precedent drafting for a performance condition that provides for a share-based incentive award to vest on the meeting of certain ESG targets.

Aimee is a member of the firm's Environment Committee. She also sits on the Tax department's Sustainability Working Group, Base Erosion and Profit Shifting Working Group and the Pro Bono Committee.
