Aimee is a senior counsel in our Tax Department.
Aimee specialises in advising asset managers and investment funds, both listed and private. She advises across all alternative asset classes - private equity and venture, real estate, infrastructure and credit.
Aimee works with clients on fund formation (particularly structuring and remuneration arrangements), on tax issues which affect the day to day running of their business and has particular experience advising on GP stakes transactions and providing advice in relation to alternative liquidity solutions, including LP and GP secondaries.
Aimee also regularly advises corporates, fund managers and other clients on a wide range of real estate matters from property investment and development transactions to VAT and Stamp Duty Land Tax matters.
Aimee is the UK's National Reporter for the IBA Tax Committee for the International Bar Association.
