Ella is a partner in our Corporate, M&A and ECM Group.

Ella specialises in public and private acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, equity fundraisings and general corporate advice. She is an experienced and trusted adviser to public and private companies, founders, institutional investors and financial intermediaries in a number of sectors and regularly advises on both cross border and domestic matters.

Ella joined the firm in 2019, having previously worked for a leading US firm.
