Tosin is a partner in the Funds Department having joined the firm in 2023.
Tosin advises UK and international fund managers on a range of issues, including the establishment and structuring of private equity, venture capital and secondary funds, internal governance organisation and ongoing fund maintenance. Tosin works on carried interest arrangements and co-investment structures.
She has significant expertise advising on secondaries transactions (LP-led and GP-led mandates, acting both sell-side and buy-side) and represents a number of global investors on their investments into private investment funds.
Tosin has been shortlisted in the Rising Star category of the British Legal Awards 2024. She was spotlighted in Law.com International's inaugural Black Rising Stars list in June 2024 – the list showcases 10 exceptional lawyers working in the UK legal industry.
