The session will focus on pay reporting, including the impact of COVID-19 on gender pay gap reporting ahead of the 5 October 2021 deadline and the government proposals to introduce mandatory ethnicity pay gap reporting. Matt and Anna will also discuss issues around using diversity monitoring data to help tackle inequalities in the workplace, and other diversity issues likely to be in the spotlight this year.
