Jason is a Partner Elect in the Finance Group, specialising in leveraged-finance transactions across the mid-market.

Jason has strong experience advising a wide range of leading lender and sponsor clients as well as senior, mezzanine, second lien, unitranche and other private capital providers on a variety of matters across the capital structure in the UK, Europe, Africa and the US.

Jason's experience covers a wide range of transactions, including senior and unitranche lending, second-lien financings, ARR financing, first out / last out structures, holdco PIK, back-leverage, fund finance and other subordinated facilities.
