Travers Smith LLP has advised Inflexion and management on the acquisition financing for Partnership Capital III's minority investment in Marktlink Capital, a leading Benelux private markets investment platform.
Headquartered in Amsterdam, Marktlink Capital provides entrepreneurs and high-net-worth families with access to institutional-quality private equity, venture capital and private credit funds across Europe and North America. Since its founding in 2020, the business has raised over €3bn in committed capital and today employs around seventy specialists. Having recently launched in Belgium, Marktlink Capital has ambitious plans for further European expansion.
The financing will support Inflexion's plans to accelerate Marktlink Capital's next phase of growth, including its European expansion strategy and broader M&A ambitions.
