Travers Smith advises FourLeaf Capital on its investment in EverGrowth Group

Overview

Travers Smith LLP has advised FourLeaf Capital on its investment in EverGrowth Group, a founder-led business building a national group of specialist B2B essential services companies.

The investment supports more businesses joining the EverGrowth Group and the development of the group’s operational capabilities. EverGrowth looks to partner with established businesses that keep buildings, workplaces and infrastructure running, from cleaning and building maintenance to environmental services and critical infrastructure support.

Co-founders Chris West, Chief Executive, and Ferdie Ahmed, Chief Operating Officer, have invested alongside FourLeaf and continue to lead the group. Paul Barry, the founder of Phenna Group, has also invested in the group and joined the board as Non-Executive Chair. Other Non-Executive board members include Jeremy Waud, the founder of Incentive FM Group, and Dane Houlihan, a partner at Quercus International.

The Travers Smith team was led by Private Equity & Financial Sponsors partner Jeremy Dennison, with support from senior associates Eilidh Morrison, Ollie Creamer and Oliver Murphy, and associates Zoe Yerolemou, Sam Buswell and Jessica Wetherop.

Finance advice was provided by partner Will Sheridan, senior associate Sindhuja Satti and associate Arjun Dwesar. Tax advice was provided by senior counsel Joseph Sheldrick and associate Claudia French.

Travers Smith also recently advised Fourleaf Capital on its maiden investment in Meaco, the UK's leading provider of award-winning air treatment and in-room climate control products.
