Andrew is Senior Partner, a member of the firm's International Board, and was previously Head of the Corporate M&A and ECM Group.

M&A and advisory

Andrew advises listed and larger private companies in relation to public and private M&A transactions, joint ventures, corporate governance, and in compliance with the FCA Listing Rules and Disclosure Rules, the Prospectus Rules, the AIM Rules, the Takeover Code and general company law. Andrew is ranked Band 1 for Corporate M&A: £100-800 million by Chambers and Partners.

As a member of the International Board, Andrew has developed a strong international client base, regularly advising non-UK companies on cross-border transactions and on investments into the UK.
