Dan is a Senior Consultant in our Corporate M&A and ECM Group, specialising in corporate finance. He leads the US Securities Law Group, with a primary focus on equity capital markets and other fundraising transactions.

Dan is a Senior Consultant focusing primarily on leveraging technology to create opportunities with current and prospective clients, and to facilitate delivery of services by our lawyers.
