Ian Luby is a Senior Counsel in the Finance department at Travers Smith

Ian advises corporates, private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, investment banks and credit funds on a range of domestic and cross-border structured and leveraged financing and refinancing transactions.

Ian has particular experience in documenting and negotiating structured and asset-backed financing transactions, including advising originators and financial institutions in the speciality finance and securitisation spaces.
