Jane is a senior consultant in the Financial Services and Markets Department and a member of the firm's Regulatory Investigations Group.
Jane became a partner in 1997 and was one of 3 partners who co-founded our Financial Services and Markets Department in 1998. She retired from the partnership in June 2020, but remains as a senior consultant to the team.
During over 30 years in practice Jane has amassed a wealth of experience on the law, practice and regulatory requirements relating to the financial services industry and the securities markets, with particular emphasis on complex regulatory change projects.
Jane is recognised as a leading individual in her field. She has served on a number of influential industry committees and is also a regular conference speaker and contributor to various legal publications.
