Mandip Englund is a Partner and Head of the Restructuring and Insolvency Group at Travers Smith.

Mandip advises clients on the full spectrum of distressed matters, from options analysis and corporate and financial restructurings to distressed M&A, and formal insolvency. She is also experienced in bank insolvency and recovery, and resolution. 

Mandip's clients include borrowers and lenders, including financial institutions, credit funds, and other financial stakeholders, as well as insolvency practitioners. She advises across a broad range of sectors including aviation, real estate, energy and infrastructure, retail, and healthcare. Mandip has advised on high-profile situations across Europe, Asia, and the United States.

Mandip is also a board trustee of the David Riddell Memorial CIO, a charity focused on preventing suicide and destigmatising mental illness.
