Max is Head of Business Management supporting our Corporate M&A and ECM, Private Equity and Financial Sponsors and Tax departments.
He joined Travers Smith in 2023 with 9 years of experience in business management and commercial finance across the legal industry. Max uses his extensive knowledge to support and advise the Tax and Corporate partners in running the non-legal elements of the business. This includes day-to-day operations, strategy setting and implementation, and financial management.
Max plays a lead role in ensuring the practice is operating efficiently, allowing the team to deliver a best-in-class service to clients, both internally and externally.
