Rachel is a senior counsel in our Dispute Resolution Practice.
Rachel has nearly 15 years of commercial litigation experience and has acted for a range of claimants and defendants in the High Court, Court of Appeal and the Competition Appeal Tribunal. She regularly advises on high-value multi-jurisdictional disputes across a number of sectors. During Rachel's career as a disputes lawyer, she has been involved in complex investigations, data breach issues, fraud claims, injunctions, shareholder disputes, arbitrations, judicial reviews and competition follow-on damages claims.
Rachel has experience of working closely with in-house legal teams and has recently completed a contentious regulatory secondment to the FCA/PSR. Her tactical and commercial approach has been recognised in the 2025 edition of the Legal 500.
Rachel is fully committed to gender equality, social mobility and the firm's diversity and inclusion efforts. She is an active member of the firm's Pro Bono practice and was included in the inaugural Pro Bono Recognition List. Her racial justice work for JUSTICE has won and been shortlisted for various awards, and she also supports with the Domestic Abuse Response Alliance.
