Ryan is a partner in the Travers Smith Finance Group specialising in infrastructure finance and is a member of the firm’s cross practice Infrastructure Sector Group. 

He has extensive experience advising on complex financings in the energy and infrastructure sectors internationally. Ryan advises both sponsor and funder side with respect to infrastructure debt, including on acquisition financings, complex refinancings and portfolio deals.
