Ailie is a senior counsel in the Employment Department. She advises clients on the full range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.
Ailie has significant experience advising clients on the employment aspects of complex, often multi-jurisdictional, acquisitions and disposals, including private equity investments, and post completion integration. Her role frequently involves assisting clients to navigate through the challenges of multiple legal frameworks and working with them to develop coordinated strategies, particularly in relation to employee transfers, changing terms and conditions and work force reductions.
Ailie also regularly advises on senior executive issues and exits and on employee dismissals. She has extensive experience of advising on employee grievances, disciplinaries and complex disputes.

Ailie is an active member of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA) and regularly produces internationally focused podcasts.
She completed an MBA at Warwick Business School in 2018.
