Dan is a partner in our Corporate M&A and ECM Department, specialising in corporate finance. He leads the US Securities Law Group, with a primary focus on equity capital markets and other fundraising transactions.
Corporate and capital markets expertise
Dan specialises in cross-border corporate finance transactions, providing US federal securities law advice primarily in connection with non-US companies, investment funds, and investment banks seeking to raise capital from US investors. Dan has advised on capital markets transactions across the globe including Europe, Russia, China, India and Africa.
Extensive US coverage
Dan regularly advises on US tender-offer issues, as well as questions concerning US broker dealer rules, the Investment Company Act and the Investment Advisers Act.
CSR and pro bono work
Dan completed pro bono work for the Clinton Foundation. He has also worked with Le Don du Temps program in Paris, helping mentor students in Paris.
