Head of Real Estate

Emma is Head of our Real Estate team. She has a broad real estate practice advising on a range of commercial property transactions, with a particular focus on advising real estate funds and real estate private equity funds on high-value and complex investments, lettings and developments.

Emma has expertise across a broad range of core and alternative asset classes and represents a number of the firm's key and long-standing real estate clients.

Emma is a member of the Education and Training Committee launched by the Association of Real Estate Funds. This committee is tasked with building a more extensive education and training programme for its members and engaging with a much wider audience of industry participants and investors.
