Hannah is a partner in our Tax Department, specialising in tax advice on private equity and M&A transactions.

Private equity and M&A transactions expertise

Hannah advises on transactions including leveraged buyouts, sales, debt and equity restructurings, and equity incentive arrangements, acting for many of the firm's private equity clients and their portfolio companies. She has particular experience in advising management teams at all stages of the investment cycle and advises on matters relating to global mobility in this context.

Hannah is co-head of Graduate Recruitment and sits on the firm's CSR Committee and D&I Board.

Hannah regularly speaks externally and at our internal seminars to clients. She is a member of the City of London Law Society's Revenue Law Committee.
