Laetitia is an associate in our Employment Department.
Laetitia advises clients on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment law issues. Laetitia has particular experience advising clients on the employment law aspects of corporate transactions, including in relation to mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and outsourcings. She has also advised clients on how to handle terminations, disciplinary processes, employee grievances and investigations.
