Laura is a senior counsel in the Finance Group with a strong focus on real estate finance and fund finance, as well as general corporate lending.
Laura specialises in real estate finance and fund finance. On the real estate finance side Laura acts for financial institutions, non-bank lenders, real restate funds, real estate-backed corporates and developers on both investment and development financings across a range of asset classes, including retail, office (both traditional and serviced office), healthcare, logistics, student accommodation and hotels.
In the fund finance space Laura advises both fund finance providers and borrowers on the full range of products available in the market, including subscription, hybrid and NAV facilities.
