Leah's practice includes advising on the structuring, formation and operation of alternative investment funds across a range of asset classes, as well as the secondary acquisition and sale of fund interests. She has experience advising on private investment funds, semi-liquid funds and regulated funds. In addition, Leah advises institutional investors on their investments across the private markets.
