Michael Ross

Senior Counsel

Michael is a senior counsel in our Technology & Commercial Transactions Department.

Michael specialises in high value and complex contractual projects and commercial transactions (including outsourcing, supply, distribution, agency, brand licensing and franchise arrangements, as well as joint ventures and other strategic alliances). He has experience across a broad range of sectors, including automotive, defence, retail, media, logistics, technology, professional services, pensions administration, hotels, brewing, energy and infrastructure.

Michael also regularly advises in support of M&A transactions and has considerable experience in advising on many complex business carve-outs and separation processes.

Michael has co-authored the UK chapter of the Chambers Global Practice Guide on Technology & Outsourcing annually since 2021.

Michael is also a member of the firm's ESG Corporate & Transactions Group.
