Nadia joined Travers Smith's transactional tax practice after training at the firm. Nadia advises on a broad range of transactional and structuring tax issues arising on public and private mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and reorganisations, and equity incentive arrangements.
Nadia has spent six months on secondment to Inflexion, gaining first-hand industry experience in their Tax team.
