Travers Smith LLP has advised Inflexion and its portfolio company Nodor International on a senior financing provided by Pemberton Asset Management and HSBC UK Bank.
Nodor is the global market leader in premium darts, dartboards and accessories, exporting its products to over 100 countries worldwide. The financing will support Inflexion's plans to leverage its significant experience in scaling global brands, working alongside Nodor's management team to drive continued growth through geographic expansion and new channel development.
The Travers Smith team was led by Will Sheridan, supported by Senior Associate Michael Leadbeater and Associate Phillipa Lamberton.
