Travers Smith has advised Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, a Stifel company, as Sole Sponsor to Mortgage Advice Bureau ("MAB") on its move from AIM to a listing on the Official List of the FCA, and to trading on the Main Market of the LSE.
Co-founded in 2000 by Group CEO Peter Brodnicki, MAB is a leading UK property finance platform that connects customers, advisers, lenders, and insurers throughout the homeownership journey. MAB has a market capitalisation of approximately £305 million.
