The UK has formally notified the European Council of its intention to leave the EU under Article 50 of the Treaty on European Union.

A proposal of the negotiating guidelines will be shared by Donald Tusk with the 27 remaining Member States on 31 March, to then be agreed by the European Council on 29 April. A White Paper on the Great Repeal Bill is expected to be published tomorrow (Thursday 30 March 2017).
