Travers Smith LLP has advised Exclusive Hotels and Venues on its acquisition of the Castle Inn Hotel in Castle Coombe in Wiltshire. The Hotel is located close to the Manor House Hotel, a larger 48-bedroom hotel also owned by the group. The acquisition adds to the group’s existing portfolio of four five star hotels, two country house venues, a golf club and meeting venues.
The Travers Smith team advising on the acquisition was led by Real Estate partner Paul Kenny and associate Alissandra Farrar with support from Corporate associate Edward Ainscoe.
Following completion of the purchase, Managing Director Danny Pecorelli commented:
