Travers Smith LLP has advised IK Investment Partners on the acquisition by its IK Small Cap III Fund of DA Languages Holdings Limited and its subsidiaries from Foresight Group.
DA Languages is one of the fastest growing language services providers in the UK, providing critical services to organisations communicating with non-English speakers. Based in Manchester and with a network of more than 8,000 mother tongue interpreters and translators, DA Languages’ offering spans face-to-face, video and telephone interpretation, along with written translation services. Providing support to both private and public sectors, DA Languages covers 450 languages and dialects.
