Travers Smith LLP has advised longstanding client Investec Direct Lending on the financing of Triple Private Equity's landmark acquisitions of three intelligence businesses, Derivia Intelligence, Extel & Euromoney.
Travers Smith advised Investec Direct Lending on the provision of a suite of acquisition facilities at operating company level across these acquisitions. Triple is a buyout -focused private equity firm that specialises in mission-critical B2B software and data across Financial Infrastructure and Governance, Risk and Compliance.
This is the firm's latest matter for Investec Direct Lending. Last year the firm advised Investec on the financing of Triple Private Equity's acquisition of Legal Benchmarking Group.
