We made a judgement call early on that it was important to team up with a premier law firm recognised for its market leading M&A and leveraged finance practices and that decision has paid immediate dividends. Jeremy and Donald led an outstanding team of lawyers and their commercial and pragmatic advice was invaluable in getting the deal over the line".
Jeremy Dennison commented: "I am delighted to have advised FourLeaf Capital on their maiden deal. Emerging managers are an increasingly important feature of the European mid-market private equity landscape and Travers Smith has a long track record of supporting financial sponsors as they scale into established brands. I look forward to seeing where the FourLeaf team go from here and supporting them on the way".
