Travers Smith LLP is delighted to announce that it is a finalist at the prestigious global AI and emerging technologies CogX Awards in the Best AI product in Legal category for Etatonna, its innovative and market-leading labelling product.
CogX is the world’s leading AI festival with over 100,000 people in attendance from the highest levels of business, government, industry and research. The annual awards ceremony, which takes place next week, celebrates the best-of-the-best in AI and emerging technologies and finalists were decided by an expert team of judges featuring some of tech and global innovation’s most prominent change leaders.
Etatonna, which was developed in-house and open sourced in October 2020, makes it possible to easily label concepts in contracts, and thereby build readable structured datasets to easily train AI models. Once the data is captured, it can be used to generate, and regenerate, machine learning models for any purpose, simply by sending the structured data to any third-party system API to auto-generate models. Using Etatonna, businesses have full autonomy over what data exists within machine learning models allowing them to retain their investment in data and training and even share datasets to build joint venture-type AI models. Since its launch, organisations from a variety of sectors including legal, education and asset management have joined the open source project to use Etatonna.
