Travers Smith LLP is pleased to announce that its Private Equity & Financial Sponsors Partners Will Yates and Adam Orr have been listed in Legal Week's 2019 40 under 40 rising stars in private equity feature.
As part of the research process Legal Week spoke to private equity firms and experienced law firm partners. Nominees were then assessed on the following criteria: quality of their client base; scale, significance and complexity of their deals; their client feedback and general market reputation; the standing of their mentor; and any other examples of career success and innovation.
This is the second year that Travers Smith has featured in the list. In 2018, Private Equity & Financial Sponsors partners Genna Marten, Ian Keefe, George Weavil and Emma Havas were all listed as private equity rising stars by Legal Week.
