Richard specialises in high value and complex contractual projects, outsourcings and commercial transactions.
Richard has experience advising in relation to a wide variety of high value contractual arrangements, including, supply, outsourcing, joint venture, management, brand licence, agency and franchising agreements.
He has a particular focus on the financial services sector, where he specialises in technology focused contractual and regulatory projects and the energy and infrastructure sector, where he regularly advises on the contracts that underpin major long-term investments by infrastructure funds and other investors.
Richard helps lead our sports sector group and is experienced in successfully structuring and implementing the carve-out elements of complex M&A deals.
