Travers Smith LLP has advised AIM-listed GlobalData Plc (GlobalData), a leading data, analytics, and insights platform, on £340 million of new debt facilities.
The new debt comprises a £176.6 million facilities for GlobalData's healthcare division, as well as £163.4 million of facilities for the rest of the group.
The facilities give GlobalData significant firepower to execute the M&A pillar of its Growth Transformation Plan.
