Travers Smith LLP has advised Investec Direct Lending on the financing of Triple Private Equity's (Triple) acquisition of Legal Benchmarking Group (Legal Benchmarking), a leading provider of data and insights for law firms globally.
Triple is a growth-focused private equity firm that specialises in mission-critical B2B software and data across Financial Infrastructure and Governance, Risk and Compliance. The investment into Legal Benchmarking is the second investment made by Triple's inaugural Fund I.
