Travers Smith has advised Peel Hunt and Stifel as Joint Sponsors to Young & Co.’s Brewery, P.L.C. ("Young's"), on its move from AIM to a listing on the Official List of the FCA, and to trading on the Main Market of the LSE.
Young’s is a leading UK premium pub operator with a fully‑managed estate of around 270 pubs and hotels, predominantly located in London and the South of England, and a strong focus on high‑quality food, drinks and accommodation. Young’s has a market capitalisation of approximately £430 million.
