Travers Smith LLP has advised long-standing client Phoenix Equity Partners, the business founders and other shareholders on the sale of Logiq Consulting, an NCSC-assured UK cyber security consultancy with deep expertise in highly regulated environments including the UK Defence Industry, UK Critical National Infrastructure and the wider Public Sector, to IBM.
Logiq brings specialist capabilities spanning cyber security assurance, Secure by Design, secure systems engineering, digital transformation and secure managed services, helping organisations embed security from the outset and deliver resilient technology in complex operating environments.
Travers Smith previously advised Phoenix Equity Partners on its investment in Logiq Consulting in 2023.
