Travers Smith advises Livingbridge and other shareholders of TitanHQ on merger of TitanHQ and Redstor

Travers Smith LLP has advised longstanding client Livingbridge, as well as management and all other shareholders of TitanHQ on its merger with Bregal Milestone portfolio company Redstor. The combined business, CyberSentriq, will be an integrated cybersecurity and data protection platform purpose-built for Managed Service Providers (MSPs).

The new unified platform is targeting $100m in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) by 2028 through organic and inorganic growth strategies. Redstor and TitanHQ have long been recognised for providing best-of-breed cybersecurity and data protection solutions to over 3,000 MSPs, protecting more than 150,000 small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs) worldwide. CyberSentriq unifies these complementary, award-winning solutions into a single integrated platform, empowering MSPs with AI-driven threat detection, cloud-based backup and recovery, advanced email and web security, security awareness training, and secure email archiving and encryption.

The Travers Smith team was led by Head of Private Equity & Financial Sponsors Will Yates, with support from Senior Counsel Matt Powrie, Senior Associate Eric Van Winssen, Associates Cari Sweeney and Pansy Doyle, and Trainee Zoe Yerolemou. Specialist advice was provided by Tax Partner Hannah Manning with support from associate Ross McGregor.
